Shipping Policy

UK Deliveries

 

We use Royal Mail for all orders.

​

All item prices include delivery. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

If your order is placed after 2:00pm Monday - Thursday your order will be processed the following day. If your order is place after 2:00pm on Friday it will not be processed until the following Monday.

 

We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for despatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions.

If you do not receive your order within 5 working days from the date of dispatch, please contact our Customer Services on 02086652214 or email us at contact@choikwangdoworld.com.

To ensure there is no loss or damage of items, your order will be dispatched with signed delivery and orders will be covered for the value of each package.  We are not responsible for any errors made by the Post Office. However, if your package has not been received within 1 week of receiving your shipping notification email (3 weeks for wholesale/6 weeks for international orders), please contact us & we will provide directions on how to file a claim.

Large volume/wholesale orders may be subject to additional shipping charges.  This will be discussed with you prior to your order being dispatched.

14 Day Return & Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Please do not send your purchase back to us without contacting us directly first and obtaining a returns reference number.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Magazine with obvious signs of use

* CD, DVD, or cassette tape that has been opened.

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email contact@choikwangdoworld.com , one you have received a returns reference number please send your item to: 36 Aberconway Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5LF, United Kingdom.

 

Shipping

To return your product once you have obtained a return reference number, you should mail your product to: 36 Aberconway Road, Morden, SRY, SM4 5LF, United Kingdom.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
